1. Is Helpdesk secure? Yes helpdesk is a secure program and all the data being transmitted to and from your computer is encrypted. 2. What keeps Express Computer Service from coming onto my computer after the session is over? The Helpdesk software is activated by the customer and when we are complete with our work we will uninstall the software. Helpdesk will also give you a message telling you it is uninstalled. 3. Can you work on my computer while I am not home? Yes if you activate the Helpdesk software before you leave for work or the night before as soon as a technician is available he will start working on your computer. 4. Can I watch what is being done to my computer? Yes you can watch. We ask that you do not interact with your computer unless instructed too. If you type or move your mouse it may cause problems for our technician.
